How do I become a Disney Vacation Specialist?

I absolutely LOVE Disney and have been to Disneyland and WDW several times. I’m a stay-at-home mom who would like to make a little extra money by becoming a Disney travel agent(Disney Vacation Specialist). Has anyone done this? Have you actually made money? How much? Can you have your own travel agency, or do you have to get a host agency? What is the easiest way to do this? Are there any perks? Thanks so much!
