How do I get a singing job at disney?

I am not trying to sound like a person that just wants to become famous, but, I want to join disney as a singer. I have been in a singing group for a while, and i proform at lots of places, for singing and dancing. but my main goal is to become a singer. I know lots of people would love to be singers but I want to audition for disney. and if there are any people that work for disney can you give some tips of how to? so how do i audition for disney, but i am also looking for competition, when i audition.
