how can I decorate for my wedding with Disney and Fall?

Well, the whole Country Bear Jamboree thing fits that description (wasn’t there a movie?) and also, maybe, Winnie the Pooh, which I think they own now. Heh. But since he proposed in the castle, I think a prince/princess themed fall wedding would be elegant and splendid. There are plenty of Disney movies to pick from there! Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, etc. Plus, you’d already be dressed like a princess, most likely. =) You could hang lots of decorative fall leaf garlands sprinkled with a bit of glitter, maybe a couple of mice candleholders =) and it would be perfectly magical.
