When you book a Disney vacation over the phone do you have to pay all at once?

For a trip that is that soon, you will have to pay for it all when you book.

NO! You will not have to pay the whole amount up front. The best way is to book your hotel you will only have to pay for your first night as a deposit the rest will be due when you checkin. Don’t purchase your tickets over the phone just wait until you checkin and when you checkin tell them you will need to purchase park tickets as well. You can then pay for your park tickets at that time as well.
The only thing you will have to pay for over the phone is your first nights stay plus taxes for that night.
If you wanted you can open a Disney Visa card and you will get 6 months no interest on a Disney vacation purchase.
